"My manager went out on leave unexpectedly, and they asked me to be the backup until she returned. I jumped in and began taking over tasks that she normally did daily and reassured the team that I was there to support them during that time. It was challenging to manage my workload while covering his, but I enjoyed the experience and learned a lot in the process."

In the middle of our busiest season, he resigned from his position and there was no backup person.
