"I spent years in financial services, which is highly competitive. Every dollar and decision is highly scrutinized. This experience would benefit Cedars-Sinai, as I am great at analyzing budgets to see where to gain efficiencies. I'm enthusiastically looking to make a change in an environment where I am helping patients and families, even though I would not be in a direct patient care role."

"I worked as a department store manager but was looking for a career that would support my family better. I knew I wanted a career in the healthcare industry but was not sure in what capacity. I chose to pursue a career as a Clinical Trial Coordinator after researching the different roles of the clinical trials team. The Clinical Trial Coordinator position utilizes my hard and soft skills and seemed the best fit for me. I love that I am involved with the patients and that my work ensures the safety of the participants and the integrity of the data collected."
