"In my current role, we have been through many EMR upgrades since I started. I was selected to be on the roll-out team because I am tech-savvy. On this team, I teach others about the upgrades and how they will impact our workflow. Together, we discuss and agree on the best way to make the changes. I'm confident I could learn your systems as quickly as I've done in my current position."

"As a new graduate, I had to learn three different EMR systems during my internships, and I quickly picked up on them. Even though they are different, there are similarities in each. I also had to utilize all of the Microsoft programs as a student, including pretty complex features of Excel, such as pivot tables and V-look ups. My learning agility for systems is high, and with some training, I know I could hit the ground running."

There will always be new technology to learn during your career. The interviewer wants to see how quickly you grasp new concepts to see if you will be a good fit for the Cedars-Sinai team.
