"I find that it's pretty simple to balance life and work with the right company. It doesn't feel like a chore when I enjoy what I do. I am always sure that when at home, my family gets my attention first. We do things as a family on my days off, and I take time on the weekends to do things for myself, like getting a massage or doing yoga. When I do activities I love and spend time with my family, all my stress is relieved, and I am energized for my next shift."

I indulge in the things that make me happy on my days off, like playing with my dogs, going for long runs, and paddleboarding.
