We had a massive influx of donations, and the initiative's director was so pleased. This initiative brought our group together and greatly benefited those who needed proper work clothing as they re-entered the workforce."

Focus on describing your most significant accomplishment as it relates to your career. The interviewer is not asking for a personal achievement but a professional one. Think of any awards you have been nominated for, promotions, or degrees you obtained to further your career.

"My greatest accomplishment in my career was receiving the National Distinguished Direct Patient Care Award. I was nominated for the award by my supervisor. It was such an honor to be recognized for the compassionate care I provide my patients and my leadership and mentorship skills."
