Your interviewer is curious whether you are looking for long-term employment and if you will have any conflicts, such as plans to move, being in the military reserves and knowing you'll be deployed soon, or plans to go back to school full time. Keep in mind their core values of integrity and transparency. If you have such conflicts, it is best to be upfront with them. Otherwise, showcase that you are reliable and have a strong attendance record and highlight some of your time management skills to drive this point home. They're looking for signs of whether you are a respectful team player.
