Depending on the position you are competing for, you may be required to phone clients you've never met who have expressed interest in a vehicle online. Your interviewer is trying to assess your confidence in your skills and ability to step outside your comfort zone. How you answer will indicate whether you exhibit the traits they're looking for -honesty and transparency - while feeling comfortable responding to sales leads.
