So your interviewer is curious about what lengths you go to deliver an 'iconic' experience. How you answer will inform them of your work ethic and whether you do more than the bare minimum or go beyond your usual day-to-day expectations. So when you answer, demonstrate that your standard is above and beyond, and the bare minimum is below your standard.
