Focus on describing any job you have had in retail or customer service, the number of years you worked in these industries, and your job duties. If you have worked in a pharmacy before, highlight that in your response.

As with any interview question, you want to be completely honest. Avoid saying you worked in retail or customer service if you did not. The interviewer will see your references on your resume and call to confirm. You do not want to be found dishonest in your interview, or you will not be offered the position.
