"I feel a bit stuck at my current job. My reviews have consistently been great, and I am always getting a lot of praise and have been recruited to help in other areas consistently. Yet, the growth opportunity there isn't quite what they advertised when I took the job. They haven't found anyone whose attention to detail is as focused as mine, and they don't want to move me from the position they placed me in, which is something of a career dead end. They keep promising to promote me once they find a replacement, but it's clear they aren't actively looking for someone else to fill this position. So I figured it was best to move on before I burn out there."
