You work with your clients to help them scale and see more success and profitability. The interviewer wants to know how you would help Accenture to do the same. They are not looking for you to reinvent their entire organization, and it might be presumptuous to suggest how they could improve things without knowing if they've already taken those measures or if they have a different approach that is singular to their company. In other words, without knowing why they do things the way they do them, you couldn't possibly understand what would work for them. Rather than suggesting what areas need improving upon, present what unique and desirable traits you possess that would prove a valuable asset anywhere.
