"I would like to think that I'm a great planner. My calendar is time-boxed. This means that instead of working on one task until it's done, I deliberately schedule it and decide just how much time I have to spend on it. I tend to get anxious looking at a full calendar, so I make sure to also keep certain blocks of time open. I keep track of how much time it takes me to complete repeatable tasks so that I can easily estimate it in the future."
