"I think my former colleagues would describe me as a well-rounded communicator. They would find me very assertive because I need to ensure that tasks are completed on time, at quality, and within budget. However, I do think they would also say that I'm a great listener, as well. I always give others enough time to express themselves, and I'm confident to say that I can read a room well. On top of all that, they would say that I'm very receptive to feedback. In fact, I welcome it, whether it comes from my superiors, my colleagues, subordinates, even vendors."
