"There are a few administrative tasks that I perform as a marketing coordinator at Acme Agency. One of them was to manage the nitty-gritty of the project management tool. For example, I would check all the tasks to see that everything is categorized correctly. If there are missing fields, I would need to fill them in myself. I don't mind doing these checks because it helps me learn the tool thoroughly, and it has largely improved my tech-savvy. Another administrative task that I like doing is maintaining the mailing list for our company's newsletter. It helps me keep up with contacts, so I know when people leave their companies and keep them in mind for future networking opportunities."
