"I am new to my career in management; however, I have held a volunteer management role. Last summer, I coordinated volunteers for a marathon to raise funds for Alzheimer's Disease. My duties included ensuring all volunteers were are their stations and that our crews were ready with water and Gatorade at the appropriate hydration stations.
