Most companies make hires because they believe that person can make a positive difference at the company. Examine the trends of the company and also where there may be some weaknesses (review news articles, blogs). Once you have researched the company, think creatively on how you could improve upon any weakness for them. Answer this question with a thoughtful, constructive, and positive response. A good answer to this question shows that you can bring your own ideas to the table and offer something to the firm.

"I understand that this company has struggled recently with high turnover. My previous work experience includes innovation in many areas, including strategies for creating a positive work culture and more effective teamwork. At a previous company, I devised strategies for improving teamwork and communication among members of team projects. I can bring to your organization not only my ideas from my previous job but my general passion for innovation in the workplace. My interests in this area may help your company with retention. When employees feel valued and an integral part of a team, they are more likely to stay with a company longer."
