How to Answer
Employers like to ask interview questions about what management style you prefer and what type of boss or manager you prefer to work with. They want to make sure that you'll fit into their organization. Check out the company's website, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube before the interview to try to get clues about their general management style. Show that you can adapt to their management style and avoid using words like 'always' and 'never' when describing your ideal boss, supervisor, or manager.

Though I have separate duties as a project manager, I always try to jump in and help out on projects when I can.
