As a Consultant, you will encounter projects that present potential risks for your team, your clients, or your employer. A risk is considered an event or condition that may cause problems in the future. It is different than an issue, which currently exists and presently impacts a project. Talk to the interviewer about different risks that commonly impact projects. If possible, give examples of times when you've dealt with risks, and explain how you work to mitigate them.
