"There are many different skills that I deploy to be a successful Consultant. For instance, I need to be able to communicate clearly to different groups and numerous stakeholders. It's also imperative that I be a strong leader who can motivate and inspire my team. I need to oversee budgets carefully, negotiate with vendors, and manage project timelines and resources. However, I believe the most important skill I should possess as a Consultant is proper workflow organization. I recently worked on a multi-million-dollar project with numerous moving parts. I remained diligent and organized throughout the entire process. In the end, we completed the project on time and under budget. This accomplishment would not have been possible without exceptional organizational skills."
