What does being competitive mean to you? How competitive are you?

"On a scale of 1-10, I rank my competitiveness an 8. I like to compete internally, and I will create small milestones to achieve each day. For instance, if I cold call 50 new prospects in under 3 hours, then I can reward myself in a small way. I will play games like this throughout the day until all of my goals are met or exceeded. When it comes to being competitive in a team setting, I like to rise above the rest by being the hardest worker and the fastest to respond when a client is in need. As a Consultant, I am only as successful as my team. For that reason, I value uplifting my team members and helping them to succeed first."
