"I am a big proponent of self-development. Currently, I am committing to reading a new development-related book every month. I believe personal growth is a lifelong journey, and these books provide valuable insights and practical advice to help me become the best version of myself. Reading about the experiences of others who have overcome challenges and achieved success also inspires me to push through my own obstacles and pursue my goals with determination and perseverance. These books have been very helpful and also allow me to relax more in my off time."

"Great question! My favorite way to invest in myself is to listen to a podcast on my drive home every day. I want to advance into a leadership position in the next five to seven years, so I listen to podcasts that will help me achieve my goals. I am also taking online classes to obtain my Bachelor's Degree in Communications, which will help me advance my career as a claims adjuster."

"I am a huge fan of TED Talks for personal development and listen to one daily while cooking dinner for my family. These talks help me to remain creative in my personal and professional life. They offer a wide range of topics that help me learn something new or gain a new perspective on something I already know. They are often given by experts in their field, so I can trust the information I receive is accurate and helpful. Additionally, TED Talks are typically short and to the point, making them easy to fit into my busy schedule. I believe TED Talks are an excellent resource for anyone looking to improve themselves and their knowledge on various topics."
