I am comfortable contacting legal professionals. Working with workers' compensation files during my previous employment, many claimants had legal council & therefore, I would have to speak with their counsel regarding ancillary health service needs to fulfill their prescription.

I have experience with contacting the district attorney's secretary with Medicaid fraud cases. I've learned it is best to be polite, professional, and ensure by double-checking the fact-finding is organized and reported accurately; their time is valuable and they expect it to be treated as such.
