I have been in the workers' compensation industry for the last four years, I have enjoyed working alongside Physicians, Attorneys, Injured workers, and my team at _______. I am friendly, patient, and empathic with customers and clients, I am extroverted most of the time, but like to hunker down and knock out work when needed. My strongest skillsets are attention to detail, communication written and verbal, and time management. In the last year in a half, I have worked full-time on improving the evaluation experience for injured workers. During the start of the pandemic, I answered the phone to hundreds of injured workers dealing with personal injuries and most of the time financial loss who weren't sure when they would be scheduled or if they were ever going to be seen at all, I assured them they would be seen and explained the process of getting them rescheduled after listening to there concerns. Post Pandemic I have done everything from going out as a medical assistant extracting key information of patients' medical history face to face to helping the Report processing and development departments handle the large volume of patients post-pandemic. What I am looking for is a company that I could add value to with my skillset and produce a positive return on investment and of course, fill my need to help people.
