"I always make sure that I take mental health days whenever I need to and encourage my team to do the same. I also prioritize healthy eating habits, regular exercise, good sleep, and quality time with friends and family. Taking care of myself makes me a better nurse and empowers me even more to give excellent patient care. As a Band 7 Manager, I would always promote a healthy work schedule for my team and allow them to approach me if they feel stressed and burned out."
