As recent years have shown us, the work-life balance is less defined than in previous decades. It is a good sign if an interviewer is asking this question as it shows they have an interest in you as a person - not just as an employee who comes into the office every day.

"Outside of work, my priorities are my health and family. I incorporate activities that involve the entire family.
