As recent years have shown us, the work-life balance is less defined than in previous decades. It is a good sign if an interviewer is asking this question as it shows they have an interest in you as a person - not just as an employee who comes into the office every day.

Share something that makes you unique. Your passions and projects are going to allow you to be an employee unlike anyone else.

"Outside of work, my priorities are my health and family. I incorporate activities that involve the entire family. Right now, we like swimming at our local pool, and we play board games every weekend. I also love spinning, so if I am not tied up in family activities, you will find me taking a spin class."
