"It's always helpful to find a new way to do something. I've come to realize that sometimes even small changes make quite a big difference. For example, in a CRM program that was used at my firm, there were some inefficiencies in how our admin team would enter client data. After observing the process, I worked with the IT team to implement some changes in the data fields to make them more user-friendly for our admins.
