Zillow is known for its fun and collaborative work environment that aims to bring out the best in each employee. Zillow builds their culture centering around their core values: 1. Customers Are Our North Star 2. Turn on the Lights 3. Do the right thing 4. Own it 5. Better together 6. Include and empower 7. Think big, move fast 8. Deliver quality on time, every time. I particularly identify with do the right thing (which is important in building trust and the quality of data that's provided to our consumers), Move Fast think big (it's good to know that ideas are welcomed especially in a big organization. It helps you feel included as well as having the ability to introduce change), and Deliver quality on time, every time (very important especially working in data. the quality of data we provide our products or our management team either directly or indirectly affects the end-user experience which is important with Zillow since the customers are their North star).
