Strategy is what I do and housing is what I love. One year in I'll be more effective because I'll be more familiar with the team, the cross-functional operators, and the important details. I have earned every responsibility, far more than I could have imagined at year one. I expect Zillow to be no different in this respect, but far more interesting to solve for my passionate purpose.
