How is Zillow transforming the future of real estate?

There are several references on multiple pages of their sites that offer suggestions along these lines, such as, Completely digitizing the first step of the home journey for an on-demand digital world. "I believe that Zillow is transforming the future of real estate by creating a one-stop shop for all things real estate. Typically, buying or selling a home is a stressful event; one has to hire a broker, a mortgage lender, a lawyer, and more. With a company like yours, you help home buyers through each stage in a well-timed, incredibly well-supported platform. What you are doing is entirely shaking up the industry, and I cannot wait to become a part of it."
"Not only is Zillow transforming real estate by giving buyers and sellers more options than just a typical real estate exchange with a realtor, but you are empowering a significant movement in a very traditional industry. Real estate has been the same for decades, and now, thanks to Zillow the cumbersome process of buying and selling a home is changed forever."

I think Zillow has transformed the Real Estate industry. It has turned house-hunting into a one-stop-shop. Their online platform is easy to use and understand. Because of Covid and lockdowns, the value of the platform can only increase. This technology will make the experience the way of the future.

Your response clearly shows an understanding of Zillow and the real estate industry, and you do a good job of relating this to current events, such as COVID and lockdowns. However, I would suggest being a bit more specific in regards to the online platform; are there special features? What makes Zillow different than any other web-based real estate platform?

Zillow is the future of real estate in the digital world. It's a one-stop-shop for all things real estate from rental to buying and selling of homes. You really have the end-user consumer in mind with their products. Take for example their Zillow offer, this feature shortens the amount of time it takes for homeowners to sell their house by selling directly to Zillow. It cuts out all the middlemen and delays with traditional home selling. It's a hassle-free way to shorten the amount of time typically required to sell a house especially with many homeowners needing to sell their current home before they can upgrade to a new home. Zillow's cutting-edge technology also ensures a fair price for the sellers but also puts the power back in the seller's hands with the ability to skip staging and showings, no repairs to manage, and being able to choose the closing date.
