The word 'issue' can be interpreted in a wide variety of ways. Part of this question is how you'll interpret the word, and what your interpretation will inform them about you. Therefore, if you bring up an issue that has negative associations, that could clue them into your overall perception of the world. However, innovators view obstacles as challenges, not negatives. Remaining positive, speak to the interviewer about a specific issue you were able to overcome in your previous role, based on your unique skill sets. It could be anything, from improving work flow by implementing improvements over their previous systems, or finding a simple method of enhancing interdepartmental communications.
