Decoding complicated companies into simple and influencing decision-makers to allocate meaningfully to what others might see as "black boxes." As an investor, I have studied hundreds of businesses so I can readily distinguish between "evolutionary" and "innovative". I've been in and around housing for my entire career, I have well-established relationships throughout the industry and my passionate purpose is to help solve part of the housing puzzle that helps a platform like Zillow scale profitably over time.
I'm also a naturally curious and self-propelled generalist investor that has studied hundreds of different businesses so I can spot "incremental" from a mile away and my natural curiosity draws me towards quite interesting and disruptive business models.
