While your response is very positive, it needs to be a bit more detailed and creative/ What exactly does it mean for you to "grow and evolve?" Rather than sharing that you're excited to learn "anything new," I suggest specifically stating key areas/initiatives/projects that you're excited about learning more about or contributing to. Being specific will help your response to stand out.

The most elaborate spreadsheet I ever built stratified my mid-cap universe of companies by dividend yield profile rather than standard industry groupings and led me to a differentiated insight that mid-cap dividend payers outperform. Today, in my spare time I am learning Python so that I can apply more robust methods to help solve the housing puzzle faster and with more data.
