Love the question! If I had the , I would acquire an already successful residential property manager and learn the business from the seller who is probably doing It all I would then open the aperture for growth by expanding the team with a goal of building a profitable and growing hyper-local residential property manager by problem-solving for the right owners, the right buildings and the right tenants.
