How well do you collaborate with others?
While some of your job duties as a Walgreens Intern will be working independently, most of the time, you will collaborate with other Walgreens team members. The interviewer wants to hear that you are a team player and can work well with diverse groups.
If you have experience working as an intern, describe how well you have collaborated with others in the past. If you have not been an intern before, use an experience from a former job, sports team, or school to describe how you work well with others.
If you want to be considered for the position, you want to avoid saying you prefer to work alone or you do not work well with others. It is okay if you prefer to work alone, but you do not want to voice that to the interviewer. They want to see that you are a team player and can collaborate well with other team members.
"I collaborate very well with others. It helps when like-minded individuals work toward a common goal for things to flow smoothly in the workplace. In my three years in college and working in retail, I have never had any issues with classmates or coworkers. I enjoy working independently and working with others and learning from their experiences."
