This assesses how well you work with those in positions of authority, your communication skill level, and your emotional maturity. Think of a conflict or disagreement you had with your boss where you conducted yourself professionally, showcasing your desire to work together for the greater benefit of the team. Highlight your creative problem-solving skills, especially where you saw an opportunity others may have missed.
Regardless of your relationship with your employer, there may be times where you don't see eye to eye. Respond thoughtfully to this question and with a respectful tone. Objectify the situation, not the individual you respectfully expressed a difference of opinion. Avoid examples which end unamicably. There's nothing wrong with having a difference of opinion with your superiors when you're both working towards the same goals as a team. Use examples where you disagreed on an approach to solving a problem and a meeting of the minds was reached. Respecting the chain of command and respectfully working towards a shared vision is the goal here.
