This assesses how well you work with those in positions of authority, your communication skill level, and your emotional maturity. Think of a conflict or disagreement you had with your boss where you conducted yourself professionally, showcasing your desire to work together for the greater benefit of the team. Highlight your creative problem-solving skills, especially where you saw an opportunity others may have missed.
