How do you handle working in challenging team environments?
Share a recent team project that generated successful results but was an overall challenge. Provide the interviewer a short overview of the project, including the overall stakes and the final goal, and in what ways you went above and beyond. What were the challenges your group faced? Go into detail on how rewarding this collaborative experience was. Discuss how you rose to the occasion by coming up with alternate solutions whenever you met a roadblock. Where there is a will, there is a way.
