The interviewer would like to see that you have taken the time to review UPS' infamous 'Earn and Learn' program. The Earn and Learn program is a UPSsponsored educational program enabling students to receive educational assistance to approved post-secondary institutions. The grants are up to 25,000 lifetime, generally dispersed at 2,625 per term, and a total of 5,250 per year towards tuition, books, and fees.
