Integrity is everything to us at UPS. What would you do if you caught a co-worker stealing?

Show the interviewer that you are honest and trustworthy. Theft can be a significant factor in financial loss for UPS. Discuss with the interviewer how you would do your part to alleviate this issue. If you have experienced a situation like this before, you can certainly use your real-life example. Discuss how you handled the situation and what the resolution was.

"If I caught a co-worker stealing I would report the situation to my manager right away. If my manager were not available, I would tell the co-worker that I saw what they did and ask them to return the item.
