In today's digital age, most bank transactions are handled through digital software. To be successful in this role, your interviewer will expect you to be a fast learner of any new programs that you would be required to work with at Truist. Talk about times you've had to learn new software programs and discuss your best methods for learning on the job. You can also openly talk about the programs you currently feel proficient in to give them an idea of what training you would need if hired.

"I would rank my ability to learn new software programs at an 8 out of 10. I am proficient at word processing programs and the entire Microsoft Suite of products. I'm also very proficient at the cloud-based point-of-sale program I use in my current role. When hired at my current job, I needed about a day of side-by-side training with my mentor before I was up and running with no problems. I rated myself an 8 because I have room to grow in learning software in the banking industry but feel very comfortable in my ability to learn quickly if hired at Truist."
