Anyone bringing on a new employee wants to gauge how well they'll fit into their work environment. They'll test their like-mindedness and try to get you to reveal how in-depth you've researched the position. By testing the interviewee's knowledge of their company, they're evaluating their work ethic, and whether they put their all in trying to compete for the job they're interviewing for.

Answer with sincerity, in a manner according to your nature. Imagine yourself in the position. Ask if it feels like a good fit. Explore what interests you most about the job posting, just to be certain it is the right move for your career pursuits. If so, be sure to incorporate their language into your own. You shouldn't solely be interested in landing any job, but more so interested in what working for them could offer your career. Showcase your knowledge as well as the thorough research you performed. If you find yourself emotionally vested in the opportunity, try not to expect you'll earn it. Be humble yet determined and exude the confidence necessary for success.
