I come into work every day and say my hellos, make enough coffee for everyone, change out the bottle in the water cooler, and I'll get to any time-saving extras I can. Then I go through my systems and set everything up before I wander to the time clock, getting started on time every day. Word two; Optimism. I pride myself on my attitude.
