I work when I am needed, where I am needed. There is nothing in the foreseeable future but I am flexible as I would expect you to be as well if something came up that I may need accommodation for.

It's great that you're flexible and open to working whenever needed. You might want to eliminate the mention of expecting them to accommodate you. While this is an understandable expectation, in your answers you want to focus only on what you can offer the company. Have you ever worked weekends, evenings, or holidays before? If so, bring this up as proof that you've done it before successfully and won't mind doing it again if needed.
