"One of the reasons I'm hoping to leave my current job is that there are no opportunities for growth and promotion. While I feel that my current compensation is fair based on my skills, training, and experience, I'm looking for a position that offers me opportunities to gain more experience and training so that I can become more competitive in the industry and move into a higher pay bracket.
