Once you've given yourself a hire-friendly rating (between 8 and 10) let your interviewer know you are prepared to approach your work at Sodexo with the highest level of integrity. If necessary, convince your interviewer that any past issues in this area have been resolved and your ethical standards are at the level required for success at Sodexo.

"I will give myself a nine because I always do my best to be as honest as possible. I feel this is an area that is never perfect and I should always be striving to work on it as new and challenging scenarios occur.

I can say with certainty that I have always maintained a high ethical standard in all of my previous roles. My references will be able to attest to that fact as well."

10. I will tell you when I disagree, when I was wrong and when I could have done better. At the same time, I will tell you when you could have been better, weren't right, and could have done differently. Trust is a two-way street and the less trustworthy you are the less honest people will be with you, which only leads to failure on both sides.
