Whether you're interviewing for a university food services role or a healthcare technology position, the concept of waste reduction is of the utmost importance at Sodexo. Think about how waste applies directly to your target role and offer at least three examples of specific actions you can take to reduce waste. Keep in mind that that waste comes in many forms (waiting time, overproduction, inventory, travel/motion, defects, improper processing of orders, spoilage, etc.), and convince your Sodexo interviewer you are prepared to do your job as efficiently as possible.
