The interviewer wants to know if your reactions to problems reflect emotional maturity and professionalism. How you react will determine how you'd contribute to Sitel LLC.
Perhaps your computer crashes, and you realize you may have just lost all of your hard work, or maybe you have a project with a rapidly approaching deadline. Demonstrate to the interviewer that you take a methodical approach to problem-solving rather than rashly reacting to a problem. In short, they want to make sure that you'll be part of the solution rather than a contributor to the problem in a crisis.
