Get ready for the interview by learning the body language of a confident and relaxed person. Enhance your confidence by involving yourself in physical activity beforehand. Find a calm place, face a mirror, and motivate yourself with a pep talk. Lift your arms, release tension in your back, and enhance your posture. Practice your answers and record your voice to become more comfortable in front of the camera. When practicing in front of your computer's camera, don't look at yourself on the screen. Instead, maintain eye contact with the lens as if you're speaking directly to someone. Share your unique contributions with conviction. Repeat the practice until you reach a level of comfort, remaining calm and coming across as natural.
