If you could start your career over again, what direction would you take?
A hiring manager will be able to tell a lot about your personality by learning about your other career interests, and how well they align with the field you are in. For example, if you chose a completely unrelated career path, that might be an indicator you would quickly burn out on the job or are just waiting until something better comes along. Also, keep in mind that one of their core values is "Growth. Our growth is essential to our business. To grow in knowledge and character as well as in size was an early guiding principle. So a more desirable candidate will be someone who is interested in growing with the company, rather than someone taking what they need and moving on after a short period.
