"My relationships with my customers always come first. It certainly can be a juggling act to keep all your customers happy all the time. I am kind and patient, and am always clear and transparent. Yet, situations come up and all you can do is your best to make them happy. At one point though we ran into an issue with one of our vendors and for a few weeks had difficulty keeping our store stocked on our more affordable brands. And there was nothing we could do to bring down the costs of the other products we did have in stock. And at the price that our customers have come to expect. So I took my usual approach of always being honest. But on several occasions, I was unable to meet the needs of our customers. But I listened, empathized, and took down a lot of phone numbers. Then when the product finally came in, I spent over an hour calling all of them to inform them their favorite product was back in stock."

Aim to have their attention centered on you, not on what's around you. Double-check that your interview location is well-organized, tidy, distraction-free, and has a simple background before proceeding. When talking about your organizational abilities, you should use words that reflect your professionalism, work ethic, and organizational skills. After all, your professionalism and work ethic are reflected in how organized your personal space is.
