What kind of experience do you have working in a cross functional environment?

"I had a client who had a wealth of concerns. They explained that they needed to talk to several representatives from different departments and said they'd need the phone numbers for each department. I asked them to give me a full breakdown of everything they needed and wrote everything down. I then told them I'd take care of it and called over to every department and addressed their concerns one by one. I then called the client back, and they were elated."
